100+ Rottersmans died in Poland. I'm not going to speak for them. I don't mind if you do for those in your family who died in the Holocaust Why do I have to believe the narrative that antisemitism is some permanent force in humanity? I don't believe it is. I believe the Germans just wanted a scapegoat for political agendas and used the Jews. They used the gypsies too, and communists, and a whole lot more. To them they are all the same. You split them out into Jews and Others. Again, okay by me, if you see it that way. Why do I have to see it your way? Why can't you respect my interpretation of events?

What I see is the Jews who fled Europe before the Holocaust lucked out big time. Because when it was over they enjoyed the fruits of worldwide shame and guilt. That's nice, but I didn't want it. I don't be be viewed as some special person who needs to be defended by a special word, just for me, antisemitism. Again, no one died to give me some special status. We all have the same relationship with God, one God, one of us.

I want to be like everyone. I want us all to be free to live without hatred, prejudice, racism, and all the rest. I don't worry about antisemitism. Again, fine if you do. I don't.

To call someone a "self hating" anything is 100% disrespectful to how they see themselves. Why does anyone have to check all your boxes for a "real" Jew? Why don't you criticize the Haredi who don't fight in the IDF? Or the Hasidic who believe reform Jews aren't real Jews (by their definition)? All Jews can be called "self hating" by other Jews.

Is a Jew with both mother and father Jewish who doesn't believe in Zionism and believes Israel is breaking God's commandments, and the spirit of Judaism, are they better or worse than two Catholics who converted to Judaism and believe the IDF should do whatever it takes to kill some number of Hamas they deem suitable to meet some number of revenge or security for Israel they won't tell us? Why do they use propaganda to spread "self hating" jew memes and "antisemitism" around the world? Jewish individuals, IMO, didn't come up with these talking points on their own.

I hope you understand where I'm coming from. I speak what is true to me. I have not dropped a bomb on anyone. I have not tried to spread fear in other Jews that Jihadists are coming to get them. Or that they are Jews aiding others who would do harm to all Jews.
