Are you calling me a racist or bigot? Is that what my argument is based on? I ask you this, person to person.

If I was black there is a good chance I would feel like you do, or Marnita. When I was treated as not having the intelligence to do this or that as a young person it stuck with me, and is part of my make-up to this day.

But I'm white stupid. Not black stupid.

So I can relate to you about your feeling of being humiliated, but I can't relate to the reason behind it. For me, the reason is most people are insecure and afraid of their own thoughts. I can see that because I don't have that racial component. For me it was a factor of going to Harvard, or an Ivy league school.

Again, that's doesn't mean I've ever gotten over it.

I would hope you would take heart in what I'm saying. Most people are not very intelligent (for whatever reason, genetics or education). You are part of a small literate minority.

When you attack other smart people on the basis of race (because whatever he is, Murray is not stupid) you weaken your intelligence. That's why I asked. What's #1 or #2.

Marnita calls herself a "Black Philosopher". I think of her as a "Philosopher who happens to be Black" Sue me ;)
