At 9 am Biden has a meeting with the DoD and CIA. They tell him what we all see (and worse). But they also point out the U.S. has deep defense industry ties with Israel (they work together on Iron Dome/Patriot missile etch, etc). Net-net, they say it's a wash what to do.

At 10 am Biden meets with Schumer who tells him without Jewish support they'll lose 2% of the vote and 5% of the money. It's a very small percent but it's 100% reliable if Biden does what they ask.

Then the time-old equation, "I can't help the Palestinians if I'm not elected" so he holds his nose and does what the experts tell him he must do. Yes, they say, it might not work. But they 100% know for certain what WILL happen if Biden doesn't support Israel. He will lose money and votes that will make the difference between winning and losing.

Israel is done. AIPAC is done. Deep down, they both know it. Which is why they're fighting for their lives here (which ironically, makes it much worse for them in the end).
