BANANA is a funny one!

McMurray points out in the "Bell Curve" that when he was young a plumber might live next to a doctor. To me, that's more to the point. It isn't the availability of housing as much as the distance between wage groups (tech vs waiters, say).

Anyway, I can't believe how much new housing is being built, both towers and house extensions.
