Blame

The root of today’s evil

We could fix our problems tomorrow–make that–today, if we stop blaming others.

Blame is feeling without reason.

Why can’t we discuss our problems without assigning blame?

Or is it that, what we lack, is one common goal, a goal we can all agree on?

Or will we never know what we want, only what we don’t want. Like 5-year-olds. Whatever toy we touch we don’t want touched by others.

Only in our 70s does that change. But only because we forget what toys we have or why we have them.

Why can’t we pass laws against blame?

Politicians? Blame others all you want on the campaign trail. Once in office, stick to making things better. Blaming people only makes people less cooperative.

Blame never works out.

At the end of World War II people were sick of blame.

The world has forgotten — wars are borne of blame. They only end when most of the combatants get killed and those who remain forget what they were fighting about in the first place.

If we experience another world-war like the last, expect 300+ million killed. That’s a hefty price for living in blame.
