Disagree about what? My story shows demographic statistics and asks a very broad question about what they imply about housing stock. Why do I have to bring corporate investments into it? Do I tell you to include demographics in your stories?

I'm not citing other's opinions. I'm using U.S. Census data. If there is a glut then why would that disagree with what you write? So the glut is owned by banks. Did I say it can't be?
