No, the physical barrier can, and DID protect them. The far-right settlers siphoned off resources and then it didn't. But it could again. Hamas didn't get through because it was strong. It got through because Israel was CORRUPT.

Israel unable to defend itself? Today? Against what? Its neighbors are sucking economic wind.

It's MIND BLOWING you take this seriously Opher. Germans didn't see much of a difference between Arabs and Jews. Once the Jews were taken care of, the Arabs would have been next if the Nazis had their way.

The Holocaust was a one time historical event for a domestic population. If such a thing might happen it wouldn't be to the state of Israel, it would be the Hasidic Jews living in upstate NY or Brooklyn.

If that happens, I wonder how reform Jews will respond?
