For me, discrimination is a fact of life. We can no more get rid of it than the weather. As a Chinese friend once told me, "with out population in the billions we can fill Harvard many times over if everyone is admitted on test scores alone."

If there is a problem for me, it isn't who is NOT let in but who IS ;)
