Got it! Thanks! I was trying to make the point that the original definition of antisemitism included specific tropes about Jews. 1.) Money grubbers 2) Killers of Christ 3) Blood drinkers of gentiles, etc.

Today, it's used for anyone's definition of a Jew. Jew by Mother's bloodline, Jew is registered as such, Jew who converted, reform Jew, orthodox, etc. etc.

It would be the same for blacks. If I said the above I wouldn't be considered a racist right? But if I said what you wrote, "gangster, violent, etc." or things closer to black stereotypes then I'd be considered racist.
