Here on Medium, Andrew Tanner blathers on about it endlessly ;) I remember an interview with an aristocratic German about the NAZIs. He said they saw it but thought it would go away. They didn't have the institutional structures to deal with it. That's the $trillion question today. How serious a problem is it? I know a half-billionaire in that region and was spouting all that stuff on FB until someone in his family figured out how to control him. That's what's truly scary.
