Who is worse, Russia whose wealthy live in the U.K. with their extreme oil wealth and the Brits who ignore who suffers to pay for it? Same in the U.S. Is Russia to blame for the Grenfell fire? Is Russia to blame for the homeless in the U.S. To be both the robber and buyer of stolen goods is equally criminal.
