Hi William. Sorry, I should have put DESPISE in capital letters! I haven't forgotten. Trump, again DESPISE HIM, was/is unpredictable. I also believe he had that going for him too. Obama, Trump, Biden--all the same in that all have a rudder-less foreign policy. Well, I shouldn't say that. Not fair to rudderless boats ;)
