Exactly.

The evidence of lower IQ scores for blacks is weighted by their communities in which few black kids (unlike white kids) are tutored lets say, skewing the results. Further, you have institutionalized ghettoization (which isn't just a black thing). There's some skewing in the other direction with Jews, who are institutionalized to study.

Anyway, I'd find that blacks have lower scores. But people make the wrong argument, that it's about education, not genes (IMO). BTW, the Bell Curve found Asians with higher IQs than Jews and Jews higher than European Whites, if one wants to look at that, but that's ignored.

By arguing that it is NOT genetics causing problems with blacks the majority (whites) can make it a choice of blacks (if they don't want to learn, it's their fault). We can kick the problem down the road. But if you DO look at genetics, then I believe you do see differences BUT, because you have nowhere to hide, you see how ghettoization and the business of arresting and locking up blacks is the biggest problem of all.

A country that has any prison population that doesn't match that of the racial composition its BY MY DEFINITION racist. I get blank stares.
