I agree with everything you wrote. What I'm arguing is you don't need the Palestinians permission to execute some of it. Just do it. As you pointed out, there are many who would do that tomorrow. The problem is the extremists on both sides have pushed out the center. Not news to you I'm sure ;)

For the most part, Israeli extremism has worked for the past few decades. I enjoy telling my Israeli Obama-hating friend that objectively, Israelis shouldn't complain about their economy when Obama was President. Part of me would love Trump to win again just to say, in the future, "yeah, better watch what you wish for" haha.

I was thinking the other day that the U.S. went through similar problems. About 80 years after Independence it went into a civil war that almost destroyed it. In a weird day, I believe Israel is destined for great things--with the Arabs! For all the hateful things I hear both Jews and Arabs say on Corey Gil-Shusters videos, they have a weird respect for each other that I believe can one day serve them well. But I've never been to Israel, so what do I know.
