I agree with you that it's managed, but I don't believe it's by Putin. Putin isn't an absolute dictator. I'm sure he doesn't watch TV and would only know what those people said if he was told. Net-net, Putin is losing power. There are people wtihin his government blowing off "steam", but it's real steam for them. I don't believe Putin is behind it. My 2-cents. Great stuff as always, Nadin.
