I didn't look at it closely, but I don't remember seeing missile launchers. I believe it flew over the radar system, which are not close to the actual launchers. I wouldn't be surprised if Ukraine did that on purpose 1) because if they fire on them they might hit their own radar systems and 2) and an "F.U." to the Russians.

Yeah, the whole Zuluzhny wanting to battle Zelensky for political standing didn't add up for me one iota. I believe, sub-consciously, Zuluzhny wants out. That has to be the most stressful job in the world, trying to take care of millions of soldiers and their support.
