I don't need him to tell me ;) I use AI every day, both for research, for my social commentary on Medium and, for software development assistance.

It's not getting better and what you mentioned about previously working stuff not working is true.

For example, I asked Claude for a code fragment. It gave it to me. I worked on it a bunch then gave it back and asked it to fix something. It did, but on the original fragment it gave me. I say again, "no fix the code I gave you."

Once again, it apologized. That fake etiquette is a story in itself.

But again, no fix. I had to paste the code AGAIN and finally it did it.

It was literally like working with a real junior programmer who was spending more of his time listening to music on his phone than listening to me!!!!

I guess the positive here is it IS getting more human haha!
