I enjoy reading your stuff, but I wish you'd become more global in your thinking. It's important because no one country, not even the U.S., can change global economics on its own.

I've commented on this before. Black Rock invests for its clients. Ultimately, they are the ones who sign off on those investments. I agree with you, it's going to end badly but not because Black Rock is making homes unaffordable. That's a really bold claim I wish you'd support.

Fair rent isn't anyone's goal, tenant or landlord. One wants low; the other high. Fair rent is an outcome of a fair market. So again, are you claiming that Black Rock has rigged the market?

If so, what is the solution?
