I still struggle to get it, what's going through the literate Israeli's mind. Perhaps this is the natural continuation of the Iraq War (Dubya's) where American "freedom" was used by the American public to support the obliteration of hundreds of thousand of Iraqis. If I am Putin or Netanyahu I could easily ask (rhetorically), how am I different than you?

Israelis, it seems are feed a continuous feed of historical justifications for whatever they do. The US is fuckup and forget. That's what really rich people do their their toys.

I've been saying for years Netanyahu is burning a lot of bridges with the U.S. Again, I really can't get what Israelis are thinking. I believe most Jews in America, whatever their position, from reform to orthodox, see Israelis as um, mental. I say that because that's what many comment in my stories, "you need psychotherapy." Whenever someone says that I suspect it's the other way around. But of course I'd say that!
