I used to try to convince my "Trump" friends that he was horrible for this or that reason. One of them eventually said to me, "Max, it's just the shit we talk about. We're not really thinking about it."

It's sort of like sports, everyone thinks they're the genius or informed, etc. I don't get upset when my cousin goes into a 1 hour monologue about some sports thing. So why get upset on Trump stuff? I now go with the flow. Sometimes someone says something brilliant that never occurred to me.
