I've said in another piece that it's possible the West could have done more to bring Russia into the business community. Putin certainly tried. No one can say he didn't.

What fascinates me is no one seems to recognize that if China did send weapons to Russia it would be game over for Ukraine. I don't think they will. But again, if anyone could annoy them that far you can find them in the Democratic party. (I hate Trump, but I know you know what I'm saying).
