I'd buy an EV but I don't have any place to charge it. I also can't be sure I can charge when I need while driving. Trucking can't work off batteries. Maybe hydrogen. I'm all for green energy but there is no cheap transition. My neighbors houses have double in value in the past 5 years and they wont' even pay to bury the wires (let along pay for more charging stations). So I'd add greedy to your paraphrasing ;)
