If a law is not enforced is it a law? Putin changes the law at will (and gives one of his chieftains the spoils). This has been pointed out often. Irish companies that leased airplanes to Russia were protected by laws. Why are they out $1 billion in aircraft? Was their property returned as the law says it should be? Did they sanction Russia? No. I invested thousands in the ETF RSX. I thought I was protected by Russian laws. I wasn't.

Some stuff I write is not assumption or speculation. Like the fact that Putin never debates real candidates. If he doesn't do that, how can we trust any survey? Can we truly know a person if they always control the narrative? That many powerful Russians are killed in a way that Russia wants to ALSO send a message (using radioactive poisons).

Mafias are everywhere and I believe every government is partly a mafia. All semantics. If you believe Russia is a law-focused country, well, I won't dissuade you. Sounds like you never owned anything Russian where you might have learned the hard way ;)

We'll both be banned on Medium soon, so let's not be enemies when we're marched off ;)
