If I cared about the money I wouldn't have wrote "F*ckd" in the title, which hurts distribution. I write to encourage thought. I'm sorry you believe I do it for the money (thought why is that a problem? Is your industry 100% innocent?). Also, I only signed up for the partner program a few months ago because my family kept bugging me.
