I'm a "smart guy?" HAHA Whatever we do, nukes won't go away. Let's take the opposite argument. Let all nations with nukes do whatever they want. Let Ukraine get flatted and taken over because they don't have nukes to defend themselves. There are no easy answers. Eventually, nukes will be used. Or there will be an accident. In the grand scheme of things, does it really matter when? Maybe fixing it now is better than trying to fix it later. Who knows. I don't. Or, you're right. God knows!
