As you know, in writing it’s difficult to keep anyone’s attention if you don’t take some liberties, like the word “most”. Sorry to say, it is most people that I know. However, it’s such a small sample I agree with you it says nothing about Apple’s customers at large. And it’s not like they’re arguing that Android is better, or anything else. They keep buying Apple and who am I to say how they make their decision? You’re right, the numbers remain strong.

My main point is about right to repair and its connection to how new generations get into tech. It’s about the future of Apple (and society). I do feel VERY strongly that in that area Apple is truly counter-productive and going too far against its own principles of creative opportunity.

I find the new M series interesting. I may one day post it’s the best computer idea since color monitors. I try to keep an open mind! Thanks for the replies! I’ll follow you now so I can read what you have to say in that article!
