I'm not. If you read all my stories I like to think you'd have a better idea of where I'm coming from. I can't expect that, who can. So let me try to explain why what you see isn't me becoming won over by Putin's trolls.

My fundamental question is, if, like you say, Putin is evil (and I don't disagree with what you wrote) then why aren't we giving Ukraine every weapon it asks for. Why aren't we even considering massing troops near Ukraine like we did in Kuwait?

If I try to argue that I'm told I'm trying to get us all nuked. If I call bullshit, for a variety of reasons, it only makes it worse.

When I write that "Russians have not attacked civilians in Kiev or Odessa" I am only stating what I can see. I don't believe Jimbaked is a troll, but if he is, he has a point, a point that will eventually be picked up by Tucker Carlson.

If this is a just war, we must fight it hard and if we're not going to do that (and I'm worried about that) then we must recognize that a large part is being fought by propaganda and we don't have a super strong position.

I'm glad, in a way, my story pissed you off. Now that you understand the provenance better maybe you'll understand the battle I'm waging.

If we can't show Russians we see this as completely evil (which I do), then we must confront their propaganda. You say ignore them. I say, get your friends to call the Pentagon and get them to send whatever it takes.
