I'm not sure a wealthy customer would write a good Yelp review after they suffer a brain aneurism after that 15G jolt.

My take is different. Space tourism is simply not going to pay the bills at Blue Origin. So why run a non-profitable business when even one bad event ruins your reputation FOR LIFE. Bezos would never recover. If I were him I wouldn't take the risk of further space tourism flights.

I believe he'll either shut the business down, sell it, or re-tool for commercial work. New Shepard has been retired.
