I'm very critical of Israel but this story--sorry Joe-- is beyond sad. Did the Jews in Europe go around killing anyone? They had zero land. The Palestinians have Gaza--all of it to do what they want. They could behave themselves and do business with Egypt. They could do business with whatever nation they want. Instead, Iran keeps funneling money and hatred into the place and the business of Gaza is the business of trying to kill Israelis. Sure, there are Palestinians there who don't want part of any of it. So why don't other countries take them in? Then Israel can have it out with Hamas, man to man. If there is an evil, it isn't Israel. It is US. We don't get the "innocent" Palestinians to safety, which we can, so blame Israel for doing what any sane person would do.
