I'm with you but how can any of that happen while Russian aritillery and rockets are destroying cities all across Ukraine? Were Africans better off before or after this war? I used to be sympathetic to Russia's geopolitical view of Ukraine, but their response is totally out of proportion to Ukraine's threat. Has the U.S. ever stopped a single ship carrying grain? I don't believe so. This is all on Russia. Sorry to differ in opinon here. Not that I do in the final analysis. Even with no war no one is working together to implement the ideas you're written about elsewhere.
