Interesting theory! I agree that Israel is more emotional, for me, because of my Dad being Jewish and having many Jewish friends, who, on matters of Judaism, I found hypocritical. My Dad was Ashkenazi, so yes, looked more like Netanyahu than not. My Dad, like Netanyahu, could be exceedingly charming. But was also narcissistic leaving many in his wake. So look, the more I write, the more right you are ;)

My pieces aren't arguments part of some unified theory of Israel. They're thought pieces. I don't believe ANYONE writes anything without the driving force of personal emotions. Thanks for fascinating comment.
