I’ve been writing a story every 3 days since August 3rd, trying to find what works. I’d rather be serious, but it doesn’t matter how much data I look at (or anyone looks at) there’s no predicting anything. So I think, just have some fun. I like that phrase, “bullshit-bubble-alarm”. You’ll be seeing me steal that shortly.
I’ve never given Alewife any thought either. In researching the Cambridge Speedway (coming piece) I discovered that half the Boston area in the 1600s was close to under water. Then the recent German flooding got me to wonder what would happen if such rainstorms happened here. Alewife seems a good candidate for a “never imagined” flood.
