Japan makes the most technologically sophisticated cameras in the world. They pair them with the most inept software imaginable. This recruiter might look into finding a special "software development zone" in Japan where they can welcome software engineers to come work. My daughters were obsessed with Japan when younger. One is now a very skilled engineer. If there was such a program she would have went. Indeed, in high school she wanted to go to Japan through Rotary but ended up in Germany.
