Last night I watched some "Travelling with Russell" videos. He visit shopping malls around Moscow. At first, I was struck by how many people were going. The more I watched the more I realized NO ONE was buying anything, and few went into the stores. They were just bored. Of course, much of that is the same everywhere.

Yet one thing happened of note. He never wants to get into anything remotely political. But when he was entering the mall there was a very expensive Mercedes park in the middle of the road partially blocking the entrance. He couldn't help but give a mini-mini rant. He pointed out that there were many parking spots, even those reserved for VIPs. Why did that person park in everyone's way?
