Looks like we read the same book. "How I Became A Terrorist." First, I looked at these people and noticed their civil politics is fractured, fractured so much it made me want to kill! And I did kill. They called me a psychopath. I told them, I don't want to be one. Just stop it with this fractured system you have. It makes me anxious. I'm waiting for a pill that cures my psychopathology, but until then.

Fortunately, the Penguin will see satisfaction. The government will no longer be fractured. They will become so by killing all those who are bothered by it. You can't be fractured if you kill off all those it bothers! Then we will all live in peace and harmony.

In short, I'm no cupcake. You are right. The sooner we kill all these psychopaths the better. Unsure who is a psychopath, better to be safe than sorry!
