I believe there should NOT be tax breaks for the wealthy to buy EVs, there should be an ADDED TAX to the wealthy to 1) increase spending on renewal generation plants 2) Increase public transportation 3) increased grid capacity 4) reduce consumption. After that, you want to buy an EV to help, do it! But a tax break to do so? I hope the data you showed it correct but I find it suspect.
