My 2-cents is the military wouldn't launch them if Putin asked. During the event Putin looked meek. No swagger. A nuke would pause the war. I don't believe the West would respond immediately. All nations would go on that proverbial Def Con 5 (I think that's it, pulling from my movie experience here haha). Like any lawyer, Putin doesn't generally pose a question he doesn't believe he already knows the answer to. I certainly hope I'm rigtht here! If not, it's your fault :)
