Okay. I'm a boomer, age 62. If more than half the wealth of the US and UK is held by boomers why don't we have better health care? You'd think we'd have the best health care. I'm in Cambridge, MA (USA). It takes more than 3 months for me to get a doctor's appt, and even that, it's a physician's assistant. And I have good insurance!

You, or one would be right to say boomers are not the reason for poor health care. It must be something else. I believe it is wealth inequality.

However, that isn't a problem by itself if the population is evenly distributed. Therefore, I reason, it goes back to the boomer bulge. There are just too many people, like me, needing health care and too few young people available to serve us.

That's why I made the crack that it would improve as boomers died out because there's be less need to services so demand would equal supply.

Then I made a joke that if that's the fix, it won't help me.

I don't know if I've made things better or worse here!
