One could call Taiwan a province of China but there happens to be a different government than the one in China. The CCP isn't asking the Taiwanese government to kowtow to it, it is threating military action. Either way, "province" or "country" people generally don't like to be threatened in that way.
As for Lithuania, sorry, I don't see the connection to the U.S. Who cares about Lithuania in the U.S.? The Europeans barely care about Lithuania! But once again, Lithuania pushed back on some economic development that China was doing in Lithuania and it was China who executed trade restriction.
Yes, China should withdraw its investment in Lithuania. That's a shame. I am all for global trade. But it isn't Lithuania that started their breakup. It's CCP craziness about Taiwan.
Again, the U.S. has nothing to do with Lithuania. And the U.S. wouldn't care about Taiwan either if China just accepted Taiwan as a country and smothered them with kisses.
