One of my recent favorites is in Shanghai they have sprinklers outside some train stations so that if workers from the country try to sleep outside they get rained upon. Even when Winston was "pro" China a few years ago he's say that as a foreigner you had NO CHANCE whatsoever in a Chinese court. I try to be positive, but yeah, I'm more in your camp at the end of the day.
