Only by increasing the wages of health care workers. The wealthy don't want to do that so support the politicians who will prevent it.

That is, what we're seeing is forced austerity by the wealthy to protect their wealth. They don't have a problem affording health care. This is a global phenomenon. I'm not surprised I can add Canada to my list. It will only get worse until the boomer generation dies out, and then it will get better. If only that would work for me ;)
