Vote To Keep Trump On The Colorado Ballot! Or Else!
Last night, I watched many YouTube videos about the Supreme Court decision, Trump vs Who-Gives-A-Fck. (Fox News didn’t seem to have an interest in that Writ of Certiorari Calamari).
The liberal commentators all told the same story. As Khalid points out, no one has a wider array of opinions than a U.S. democracy-loving Democrat. All the MSNBC commentators agreed. All the Justices agreed. Ergo sum what the MSNBC commentators agreed on explains what the Justices ruled — and why.
Obvious as Bigfoot, Trump fomented an insurrection on January 6th. Some States interpreted the 14th Amendment, Section 3 as making such fomenters of such insurrections disqualified from becoming President of our formerly-united States.
None of the States held a public vote, on the question of removing Trump from the ballot. It was more like a private Dungeons and Dragons game for State lawyers who wanted to play legal fantasy games in Washington with the big robes.
