Why would the West want Russia to know tons of equipment is going in? Russia wouldn't stop because of it. There is a thing called element of surprise.

I believe the equipment is coming in and at some point wlll be strong enough for Ukraine to re-take the South.

Russia has no real plan. It fires at everything like a simpleton. Moskova, attempted pantoon bridge crossings, Snake Island, Kyiv...It's literally too supid to survive ;)
