The Chinese are certainly working on many kinds of lighter-than-air technology. My question would be, why would one of their experiments drift off course now? Timing seems suspect. If they did operate the technology you explain it would either definitely be shot down or would be allowed if the U.S. was using similar tech in China's air space. All this stuff is hush hush.

As I ranted, this was about playing the public for suckers by saing, "we're in control. He can't tell you what we did to what we can't tell you about but rest assured we fucked it up." Great! I'll certainly sleep easier tonight ;)
