The opposites to me aren't the US and China, but the ideas behind Liberal Democracies Vs Authoritarian Government. The "they" who are sick of American financial imperialism, wars and climate change are they also sick of the way China manipulates the Yuan, sinks fishing boats in the South China Seas and makes U.S. hypocrisy about climate change look like child's play compared to their use of coal?
