The same is happening here. Why not let an immigrant in 30 days after any job goes unfilled? The irony is anti-immigration isn't about losing a job to an immigrant, it's losing one's welfare to them. Same in Russia.

The Republicans won't call this out of course. And the Democrats won't because they claim they want to help everyone. Again, in the end, anti-immigration is about entitlement.
