This is a jaw-dropper for me. The site has been so unresponsive and buggy these past few months I've wondered if Medium is going under--seriously.

So what results are you talking about? If you said, "we know there are been many site problems but the site is now faster by (some hard statistics)" I'd feel much better.

I LOVE Medium. But this letter comes from a different reality than I, and I believe others, have, and continue to experience.

As for the UI being better. Please don't take offense. I can't tell one way or the other.
