The only difference now is that the big money is going to push through the copyright legal costs to monetize essentially stuff YOU and others wrote.

Why now and not years ago when I claim the tech existed? Because ad revenues in social media are declining at frightening rates and they're THAT motivated to push through the legal barriers to built a new business to create advertising (or subscriptions) for.
