Trump is done based on following your logic, not mine. If you're right, and a shit-load of Americans want to secede, then they'll need someone else, like DeSantis (who shows some success there with Disney) to do it.

Liberals keep talking about how Trump didn't/doesn't deliver the economic improvement to his base. Therefore they vote for what hurts them. I buy your analysis and I believe you wrote about it early ;) They got exactly what they wanted--for a time.

I don't believe America is done. But you make a strong argument that it will get a lot worse before it gets better.
