We don't know what would have happened if Hitler was assassinated, though there's no shortage of movies and TV shows on the subject! :)

It's not a question of Hezbollah. I state that clearly in my story. Who exactly has Israel "defended" itself against? Was Hezbollah a self-sufficient nation? No. It was mostly funded by Iran and will now be funded by more and more Arabs. Every nation is in some way an enemy of another--if not a ruthless competitor. Israel's allies are neither encouraged nor discouraged. The U.S. needs nothing from Israel anymore. Nor does Europe. When Israel fades from the news it will find itself on its own.

Will it prosper in the Middle East on its own. We shall see!
